REFUND POLICY

If a student decides to cancel a booking in advance they will be refunded their booking deposit but in the unlikely circumstance a student decides not to turn up and take a room without cancelling they will not be refunded their booking deposit. House My Student will refund full booking deposit to the student within 3 to 5 working days if they have cancelled correctly and informed the Host/Homeowner so they can re-advertise their room/accommodation ASP.
